Epic Battle

Rafa and Djoko fighting it out

What an epic battle it was yesterday! 5 hrs and 53 mins - the longest Grand Slam ever! If you've been living under a rock, I'm referring to the Australian Open Men's Finals last night. This is certainly one of the best matches I've seen since the great battle between Rafa and Federer in Wimbledon 2008.

Although Rafa didn't win this one,  I must salute both men for displaying such aestheticism and fighting spirit and I marvel at their endurance.

It was such an intense game and both men were fighting tooth and nail for just for a point especially in the 31-shot rally. That was an amazing, nail biting moment for me.

I can only imagine what their feet look like this morning and I have nothing but the utmost respect for both men.

Can't wait for the French Open!
